After scanning the first few pages, I want to point something out that may have come up, so feel free to tell me if someone did make this point. I think it could fall under potentially poisoning food even if it didn't make her sick. Semen can be dangerous even if it isn't from a person infected with an STD. It's quite rare, but some people are allergic to semen, an allergy which can cause anaphylaxis. The kicker is that this allergy doesn't pertain to all sperm, so I could be allergy to some sperm, but not all because it has to do with the protein in the sperm, which I believe is not exactly unique, but different enough that you don't usually see someone who is allergic to all sperm. Now, she probably isn't allergic, but there is no way she or those boys could know if she had a potentially deadly allergy. That's fucking food poisoning.
As for rape, it just isn't rape. It's an argument of semantics, but it just doesn't fall under rape. I mean throw the book at them and hit them with whatever will stick, but not rape.
