Only in America when it comes to western countries. America's legal system is archaic and purely punitive in nature. That's not the case in Western Europe. I would have gone to jail and probably would be on the sex offenders list if I had spent my teen years in the USA. For more than one reason, such as smoking dope or taking a piss in public or just being a disgusting pig serving someone adulterated food containing bodily fluids. Not a single one of the above incidences had any sexual connotation. But in the USA some of them would.

This isn't smoking pot or peeing in public (which btw people do ALL the time here) this is a whole different level. This isn't comparing apples to oranges this is comparing apples to.. watermelons. Not even on the same playing field even if you do keep saying they all belong in the same category.

Yes I did. You listed the things you've done and said we would consider them sexual. But we weren't talking about any of those other things nor are they nearly as bad as what these children did, hence the apples to watermelons comment. You listed three things and said some of them would be sexual here. Well the pot one isn't, the peeing in public isn't (it's indecent exposure yes but we aren't claiming it is sexual it's only because it's not decent to pee in front of people), and putting bodily fluids on food... I'm assuming you mean spit or similar. No that's not sexual either. None of these are sexual until you get into the seamen part of this thread's subject. THAT is sexual. So I don't really get why you brought up other acts and tried to compare it to what happened. We get it, you aren't American whoop-de-do, if this had happened anywhere else it would still need to carry criminal charges.
