That is messed up, right there. I don't know that I'd call it "rape", but I wouldn't balk at "sexual assault", which is often what rape is called anyway. There are also laws in several states about purposely contaminating food, intended for the fast food and restaurant industries. In this case, however, I would say that the "prank" definitely had strong sexual undertones.
EDIT: A quick search turned up other such incidents where the charge was something along the lines of "criminal sexual conduct".
