Complete rubbish. The soul is an ancient interpretation of what we now know is completely physical. The idea that the physical body is an appendage of the soul is just...well, silly.
1) A lot of people feel that the soul isn't just an abstract concept, Christians aren't alone in this. What excatly is known as completely physical?
2) Support your materialist view of the mind-brain concept if you can with definition and support please.
It is difficult to conceptualize if one has not yet experienced the spirit world! As the earth plane we are on it is very limited!
As a spirit our sensory apparatuses actually increase, Sight, Smell, Touch (hot, cold) Textures, Emotions, Hearing plus more that I feel unqualified to comment! Most spirits say they actually feel more real than on earth! In every sense, literally!
Yet the soul is still apart from spirit but connected! The soul has substance; it is an object, physical although still unseen by spirit, untouchable, infinite and immortal! It encompasses your body! It is the real you, it is located in the 22th dimension! Emotions from the soul have substance too, that’s why we can feel them, some pleasure some pain, that’s why if you get embarrassed you may feel hot or Shake in fear! You experience emotions from the soul through the chakra points in the body. A lot is known on earth about the chakras because in spirit you can see them, mataphisics! In spirit all emotion can be seen! Anger hate and fear grief are dark and greyish like substance, that’s what makes us sick, disease, cancer heart attacks ect Love compassion ect are bright colours, more love more colour and brighter! The soul in the greatest of all creations in the universe! The potential power of the soul is unimaginable; power depends only on the amount of love with in it!
You could look at the earth plane as we are in preschool; our Soul is still baby in a sense! And so it is very basic in comparison to the spirit world!
Your intended life, really just begins when you progress to the 22nd sphere. You are soul only; we no longer need a spirit body to experience Life! Soul re-joins with the other half of itself! Graduation PHD in Love
