The prank they did was a crime, they committed a stupid and dangerous crime.

The two things that have to be taken into consideration is the woman's physical health and the potential risk of stds.

The woman's mental trauma and how that might affect her career working in this place where it's well known news now that she ate the spunk of these guys.

It's obviously not rape but there's an undeniable sexual element to the prank which makes it more serious.

I love this community specifically because of such varied opinions. Smile

Anyway, yes it is serious, and I am not saying it isn't. But I don't see the prank been done with criminal intent. I am not discounting this as "boys being boys", rather I don't think they should be punished for the perceived potential damage they might've done, rather they should be punished for what they already did. Tell me how does a misdemeanor charge, or even a food tampering/poisoning charge help more than an expulsion and counseling? A slap-on-the-wrist by law enforcement would simply embolden them and others like them

I don't really have enough info to go on but I will say.........

It depends on their ages, I doubt they're too young to know about STD's, hygiene, the fact that cumming in food and giving it to a teacher is wrong.
It depends on their attitudes in general.  If they're taking pool's stance that it's a funny joke and she should have just pranked them back then I'd say punishment definitely needs to be escalated.
If they're genuinely sorry for what they did and there's character witnesses who can back them up or maybe the teacher even forgives them for what they did then yeh I can see expulsion might be alright or whatever other slight punishment.
If there's counseling involved then the parents should have to pay for it.  They should have taught their children that cumming in a teachers food might have very harsh consequences.
Unless this is some kind of poverty case where the parents aren't around much.
To me I predict these guys just watch too much jackass on MTV or something and thought this extreme prank would be cool.  You don't need some guy with thick rimmed glasses and a hipster beard drinking a frapachino being paid to council these guys.  No counselling needs to be done.  It's ridiculous to suggest kids now need to be taught by state paid counselors not to cum in food.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.
