2. he was in internal conflict with effected his abilty to use the force
3.he is not well trained
4.he not a sith
5.he wasn't trying to kill rey
6. he was overconfident

So has why I should have faith in my savior, but that does not make the explanation less idiotically contrived.

2. the explanation is neither is sensible coherent and logically follows and leaves both characters with room to grow now most of lukes feats are contrived but I still love that glorious bastard and would change his story one word
