I once saw a clock with a spiral face, and I wound up getting one for Christmas.

No, it wasn't that exact design, this seems to be the closest to what I got:

Alas, it had a crucial flaw: the hands were off-centered, so it wound up being fairly useless with regards to telling time. And, given that it looks like the Cafepress store we bought it from has discontinued that clock, it may be for the best.
