Obviously the cops method of policing. Believe it or not race does have biological impacts on people. Blacks for example have the highest testosterone compared to any other race.
It's like this, we hit a man with 10 power to give 10 pain but need to hit a woman with just 5 power to give 10 pain. People are different, it's not their fault they were born that way. It's obviously the cops that have to change their method dealing with different people by taking their differences into consideration.
