Has it occurred to you that in thinking you know something, you might be blocking yourself off from learning something?

Has it occurred to you that I might actually know something? 

Of course it has.

That, maybe, since I'm talking about personal experience and you're just having a guess over the Internet, just maybe I know a tiny fucking bit more about these exact circumstances than you?

Perhaps, perhaps not. Hence the question-mark at the end of what was, you know, a question. I wonder why a simple question has you so riled you're resorting to cussing at someone who has been polite to you?

Here's what I know.  My wife works with these people, she tells me the stories.  She has a degree in psychology, so she knows a bit more about human behavior than the average person.  Not that she's an expert, but she's not without compassion.

Now, if you people think you're going to get me to say, "Well, my wife, who has a degree in psychology and has dealt with these people directly, is far less trustworthy than some jackoff on the Internet who simply takes exception to the notion that some people are whiny bitches and doesn't like the idea that they exist", it's not going to fucking happen.  I'll trust what my wife tells me from personal experience over what you would like to believe any fucking day, the end.

And what do you think I'd like you to believe? Which post of mine in this thread lays that out?
