As soon as I read that, my first thought was, what an utter load of bullshit. First of all, if anyone understands the Law of Color and how a color wheel is used, then you would understand how secondary, tertiary and complementary colors are created and used.
Anyone who thinks there are more than three primary colors, is a total fucking idiot.
