Harding had the good sense to not govern at all, to say nothing of not building walls or set nuclear policy via twitter.
Given that neither nukes nor Twitter were extant, that's an incomplete comparison. And I'll be very surprised if Trump can govern himself, much less a country. And finally, the possibilities for corruption at Trump's disposal entirely eclipse Harding's, who is widely regarded as the most corrupt President in American history.
