That doesn't even make sense. People aren't going to be radicalized because they can't come in. ISIS will use the ban as recruiting material to demonstrate their claims that the U.S. is attacking Islam.

I don't think worrying how ISIS is going to spin the news should be a factor in any decision. We've been bombing their countries, toppling their leaders, and are best friends with Israel for decades. The ship has sailed on ISIS not having any recruiting material.
