Isn't the desire to reproduce why we -um- reproduce. So sure why not--whoops it turns out that doesn't have an off switch. I suppose an omnipotent God could have put an off switch there. But either he didn't want to make his rules you know possible to obey or god doesn't exist.

Before you read into it what you want, I'm not saying everyone has to copulate with everybody but by the biblical definition, everybody lusts.
