Really? I didn't know that. I did go to physio but it was really very basic stuff the nurse told me she'd teach me more advanced exercises later to which I didn't go.. Do you recommend going back and doing a advanced physio?
Physiotherapy.......regular, i.e. all. I think they use a machine with radiowaves, and blast it on parts of your body. Is that the physio you're going for ? Just be regular with it
