When I was about seven, I had a dream where I was a soldier lying on a battlefield located in some desert, beach, island, etc. It was night time and the sky was being illuminated by weapons fire. In the background I could here garbled transmissions from the radio which was part of a jeep (or some kind of similar vehicle) that was near by. I could also hear the distant sound of soldiers' feet marching through the white sand along with the muffled cadences of their voices. From that point on, the dream was just me staring up at the sky as if I had a birds-eye view of myself and what was transpiring around me. As I continued to lay on the ground, my vision grew more distant, and as it slowly began to fade away, my dream ended.
