All of the things you hear wingers say the care about, they don't actually care about. Small government, balanced budget, religious freedom, freedom of speech, etc, are all just punch lines. You can't be for all those things and support laws banning gay marriage, drugs, sex work, support out of control military spending, free speech 'zones', support the insane wars, support the NSA, and constantly assault civil rights.

Ever since Nixon they've been nothing but double talking, insincere, bullshitters.
