She is saying what I've been saying all along about the anti abortion people:

She should also go further and chastise many "pro-life" people for also being pro-death penalty and pro-war.
She's not saying that she is pro-choice. She is saying that people should not just be "pro-birth", but also be willing to help care for those children who's parents are unable to support them. Apparently she favors paying taxes to support this effort.
