Republicans talk a big game about government spending.  They spent the past 8 years saying they couldn't afford anything, especially Obamacare.  Yet, once they get into power, the first thing they do is piss money away on a wall.  I wish that was a joke, but it's not.  And our already oversized military?  Guess what?  The cheeto-faced baboon thinks it's not big enough.

And it's not like this is the first time they've done this shit.  They complained, endlessly, about tax-and-spend democrats while Clinton was in office.  As soon as Bush took office, they gave the tax rebate (which I have mixed feelings over) and continued to piss money away on an endless war and corporate hand-outs.

You want to reduce government spending, get rid of lobbyists who constantly bribe government officials into giving their companies billions of dollars.  I can't help but think, if it weren't for lobbying, we wouldn't have supply-side economics, the military industrial complex, the prison industrial complex, the militarization of the police and we would probably have single payer healthcare and reasonable gun control.

You're a bit off topic. The conversation is/was about states.

Do you have a comment on how blue states are fiscally more responsible than red?

I agree that lobbying needs to somehow be curtailed, state and fed level. Include political contributions/donations.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
