Or the dems could stop crawling up their own assholes and dying there, and start grooming and fielding some decent candidates and coming up with some {GASP!!!} winning campaign strategies for 2018. BUT, I am not hopeful for that.

You can't be serious, V.  Have you taken a look at the collection of pigs, assholes, and scumbags that are the current GOP?  They don't win by fielding "decent" candidates.  They win by electing some asshole who is a wholly owned subsidiary of the upper 1% and who lie about it constantly.

They can win if they have a Candidate if they push someone who isn't a complete piece of shit. The reason the dems lost is simple. 
They pushed for a campaign of hope and change and couldn't deliver. That and the fact dems let them selves  lose power in the senate 
and even congress then republicans took those seats. They didn't deliver what they promised so when Hillary came around she would have won
sure if there wasn't something called electoral votes.

To put it like so were fucked with these 4 years no one would want to vote republican. I mean check out Trumpcare it would fuck over older people being older trump supporters.
Then said supporters are already mad at them for trying repeal obama care because it works and it helps them. Between now and 2020 the democratic party has to ditch the Clinton
era politics and business and usual strategy. Until that happens we may have a indefinite republican run house, senate, and congress. But i hope the justice democrats and wolf pack
start getting serious and start challenging and taking over the current democratic party.
