Why did god only make exactly the number of talking animals that he needed?

All throughout the bible satan acts as yhwh's most hardworking, most loyal servant, doing all jobs asked no matter how shitty.

Everything satan did in the bible was at yhwh's behest. As a christian, I'd have thought you knew this through reading your own holy book.

He wasn't asked to do them. In the case of Eve(1) and Jesus(2), he did it on his own. In the case of Job, he actually had to ask god for permission(3).

1 Eve wasn't satan, that was the talking snake, which yhwh himself created. The conflation of the talking snake and satan is an artifact of Milton.
2 Satan tempted Yeshua because he was ordered to by yhwh as a test for Yeshua.
3 Thus proving my point that satan did everything at yhwh's bequest.
