If that's a correct view of Islam, why does the left use the term Islamaphobe for people who are concerned about immigration from certain countries for those very reasons?
The bible and the torah are both as repulsive as the quran, yet islamophobes single out islam.
They don't clamour to stop christians and jews from immigrating, just muslims.
They rightly recognise that christians and jews do not necessarily agree with or uphold the more unpalatable teachings of their faith, they don't recognise the same for muslims.
When a christian or jew commits a crime, including an act of terrorism, they are quick to point out that the perpetrator doesn't represent everyone in that faith, yet if it's a muslim they do (and the crime is always committed because of their faith).
