I hated what Reagan started as far as union busting and the age of deregulation and "don't tax the rich", but no, that is something I see occasionally too and it is utter bullshit. Reagan may have gotten the economics wrong, but he never was bombastic or impetuous nor a political demagogue. I would trust Reagan not to get us into a nuclear war.
Trump talks like a third world banana republic leader, more like Kim Jong Un. We still have him on a leash somewhat because our system is still in place, but no, I don't trust that fucker with his hands on the codes.
Reagan could not run on todays GOP and was far more a centrist in any case. Reagan would still be horrified if he were alive to see that asshole where he is. Reagan, like him or not, always displayed calm and strong, Trump sounds like a fucking teenager when you tell them they cant borrow the car.
