It's simpler than that. They know and we know that everytime they say "no true christian" they're just talking about a person being a shitty christian. It's churchspeak, not a plot to preserve an argument against atheism. That people who intentionally miscommunicate in churchspeak -also- levy such arguments is coincidental, they've got the dumb..afterall.
