(friend of mine sent me a DVD on the topic . . . hmmmm)
and then I note, no matter how un-PC it might be to want gay friends who are 'straight acting' hanging around with an actually 'straight' guy with the eventually successful intent of scoring regardless isn't un-PC . . .
yet . . .
as for the topic, another corollary, black people who use cosmetics/products to de-emphasize supposedly 'black' characteristics . . .
so if you don't have callouses from snapping your fingers, you're "acting straight?" Then were all those effeminate choir directors "acting gay?"
Then another correlation in the world of disability. Some people who were born deaf see deafness as a cultural phenomenon rather than a medical issue, so they despise hearing aids and cochlear implants as a sign of self-hatred.
It's a human thing. We could all go crazy trying to understand it.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.
