I'm Maltese, I'm part wolf! (BTW, this is my precious little Daisy dog. She's a real sweetie). She's 16, and her cataracts are pretty obvious.
She's adorable, isn't that really old for a Maltese though? She's lived well
No, I'm from the US of A. That statement is from my observation of a picture on the cover of National Geographic from a few years back, which had a picture of a wolf and a Maltese dog together on the cover. Our family always found it amusing that the one dog (Rosie) was so intent on chasing squirrels and every other animal, while the one I posted the picture of (Daisy) is so non-aggressive that lizards and birds run around her while she suns herself on the back patio. We lost Rosie a little over a year ago, to cancer. Daisy has a few health issues, but we just had her visit the vet two days ago, and she's still good for awhile. They were litter mates. The vet was surprised that she had gotten this old, as well! It's going to be a sad day when she dies. Follows me everywhere around the house, and is always ready to jump up for me to hold and pet her.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.
