I've been considering your neck of the woods but haven't been able to pull the trigger yet, mentally.
We still have room out in earthquake country but you'll have to take a test to be sure you can handle the traffic. Seriously, give me earthquakes over tornados/hurricanes every day of the week.

For some reason my mind had you in Santa Fe, apologies. All I know about Albuquerque is that's where wrong turns are taken.
I'm pretty sure Albuquerque is the airport suburb of Santa Fe, right?
