They say perpetual motion machines are impossible, but I've watched Rik go round and round for a couple years now, and he shows no signs of slowing or stopping.

Is there no way to ban that nonsensical sack of turds? I mean, once you present a deliberately debunked lie, you should already be on report, but to continue to do so, that's pretty lax state of affairs. He's a transparent troll and I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel harassed.
