Brilliant idea?
Have a camera or two tracking any oncoming traffic light that may be blinding to someone driving.
Pass that info along to a LCD film lining the inside of the windscreen to have it block most of that light, thus never causing any blinding and allowing the driver to focus on the road.
As a bonus, that LCD could have colors and provide some extra info to the driver...like current speed, fuel tank capacity, the usual dashboard stuff... Map for navigation?...
On a police car, it could be used for augmented reality, displaying info about the car in front, based on the license, or other details from facial recognition...
