Who said anything about wasting resources? Put him in a straight jacket and leave him to rot in his little padded room. Waste air, waste time, waste the space of the padded room, waste the materials used to make the room, waste a perfectly good straightjacket, waste the space the padded room takes up itself, waste of the organs his body could afford others, waste of his human hair and skin for decorative purposes.Then when he's long dead, take his body and throw it into the sewer. Waste of energy to carry his body over to a sewer, waste of material in the sewer in the case of clog, waste of fertilizer one could take from his rotting body, waste of water purification time, waste of space in the sewer in the event it does not easily empty into an ocean, dirtification of ocean water with a human corpse, waste of the clothing on his body if you did not first strip him before this, waste of a throw when a dump was sufficient, waste of travel time to get there only to dispose of him for no gain whatsoever. Done and done.
So.... a humungous waste when we could put him towards the betterment of ourselves by worsening the state of others.
Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
