The productivity gains alone from full health coverage for the poor, read: labor - preventative, not emergency care.....hell, simply handing the poor money (as opposed to handing money to the rich) isn;t a bad idea...poor people spend money, they don't squirrel it away in an offshore accruing interest. Ultimately that money will end up in the hands of the rich anyway, since they own the means of production.
Makes it an issue of the wealthy bitching about a -delay- in their own handouts, mystifying to me.
