You have no idea. Uncontrollable shaking, sweating, increased heart rate and not to mention the fear that comes with it. You'll experience all this. It can last from a few minutes to a couple or so hours. No, you have no idea of the idea I have (If that makes sense). I've got the t-shirt. You're right that education is the key though, many medical professionals don't even know the dangers of alcohol withdrawal.
