I liked it a lot too, but there is one, small gripe.
Bronn, like Aegon said, would not save Jaime. He'd leave his gold to live. He'd fight the dragon to give himself a fighting chance of making it out of the field of fire. But he would not jump in front of a firebreathing lizard to save Jaime. I like Bronn. But this is the guy that left Tyrion to the hands of The Mountain to be slaughtered. Gold and riches are a close second, but survival comes first.
Could've been DICKon that saved Jamie, but it looks like it was Bronn.
The only thing about this episode that was in any way disappointing was Bronn's character. He is selfish and out to change his station in life. Maybe he realizes that without Jamie he is just an unlanded sellsword, so he needs Jamie to be alive to give him what he is promised. Yeah. That makes sense to me.
