Sometimes it's hard for me to shut up about my atheism

..you are not in Die's situation so you need to refrain from oversimplifications of "just do it."

No offence mate but are you one of them "philosopher" types who are always thinking that things are more complicated than they are?

The solution therefore seems simple enough, don't tell them you're an atheist!
If they somehow find out, that can't be helped, but how would they find out anyway?
You say you go to church with them, so just ride it out til you're old enough to leave home (you're already 18 so you're not exactly a kid), meanwhile look on the bright side, you might meet a nice christian boy in church..

They still want to be friends with you..
