The solution therefore seems simple enough, don't tell them you're an atheist!
If they somehow find out, that can't be helped, but how would they find out anyway?
You say you go to church with them, so just ride it out til you're old enough to leave home (you're already 18 so you're not exactly a kid), meanwhile look on the bright side, you might meet a nice christian boy in church..

As a matter of interest, why did you decide you don't want to be friends with God and Jesus any more?
They still want to be friends with you..
