Also, what is the dragon queen afraid cersei will invade. Take the land? She has only three of the kingdomns, at best. Her best and only defensive option is building scorpions galore at this point. Something she doesn't need to move about for. With the dothraki on land and the dragons in the air, all she really has is the sea. And if euron's ships come across the dragons without scorpions, well, we all remember slaver's bay.
I mean, I know there's been a lot of teleporting going about. But does she really think Cersei can get an entire army to strike them in the North as they are fighting from the wall, or behind it with her dragons? Her dragons are the fastest mode of transportation. She could go to the wall and burn the Ice King's entire army (given that he doesn't have a secret weapon) and then be back before any southern army is half-way to harrenhal.
And, I know the show enjoys forgetting this, but the North has Moat Cailin for christ's sake. With it, it's as nigh-on impregnable by landtroops as the Vale is.
