Yes, though Randy, being a former protestant before converting to catholicism, also had a sort of evangelical vibe to him. But yeah, definitely not Randy because I know Randy at least believed in evolution still.
This is either a poe, or a very old school, traditionalist type catholic. Those types do exist, and they generally don't agree with Vatican II and don't like Pope Francis.
