Also, you and your boyfriend need to get some gloves on before handling all that waste and rubbish from her room.

1) When she pulled the gun on me, we were close enough to each other that stepping towards her actually made it more difficult for her to point the gun at me. So I figured if I get in close, I could probably wrestle it away from her, but if I stepped back, she would have an easier time shooting at me. Fortunately, I was right and wrestling a crackhead..... well, in all honesty, does anyone think it's going to be difficult to wrestle a crackhead to the ground? I've got over 100 lbs on her, not to mention I get a lot more physical activity than her and when you throw in the damage smoking has done to her physically, a physical fight is no contest.
2) Yeah, I'm honestly nervous just opening the door to her room. We got some of the stuff out of there; most of it we picked up very carefully, put in a garbage can which we proceded to dump into the dumpster. Getting rid of several blankets and what remained of her clothes really helped reduce the odor in there, but it's not completely better. We're going to have to decide whether a few of the things in there are worth saving. The couch would be nice if not for the fact that crack whore stink is all over it and we found a really nice faux leaher coat that I'm seriously thinking of keeping. There's a night stand in the upper reaches of her closet and we may be able to use that. I don't think wood is going to absorb the stink the same way fabric will. The walls and the carpets are the biggest worry for me. Carpet shampooing will be the order of the day when we get that far and we're probably going to have to put a new coat of paint on those walls since she decorated them like she's a 13 year old girl on acid.
