You mean, if things were different, they'd be different?  Your brilliance humbles me.  

Do you reckon that Allah makes every single snowflake, too?  Must be a busy guy.

Accepting that God is bigger than the circle you live in is a pretty good start.
Not just the snowflakes; but even the microscopic sound of an ant moving in the Middle of the night inside a trench.

For guys; it's the word "busy", but the word loses its meaning once we discuss a higher entity like God.

That's just saying "It's the way it is because of the way it is.  If it was a different way, it would be something different."

You don't just get to call something a creation, then use creation as evidence for itself.

But everything IS the way it is; up until we wake up.
In other words; you don't choose your parents.
