Actually, you don't have to use emotions in any of those cases. You either spend time with the person or you don't.
Bad and Good are subjective value claims, they exist relative to the values of the people experiencing them, they "exist" just as much love, fear, anxiety, pain etc.
We as a community try and strike a balance so as to make the best community possible, we are lenient and permit a lot of what many people consider "bad words" but draw the line when they are applied as personal attacks on the race, sexual preference or gender of the members. You could possibly express that mathematically if you knew the values of every single member and how they relate to the words in question but that is a ridiculous thing to solve for.
And "Actually", her emotions dictate which decision she makes, it is not a question of whether or not she spends time with someone, but whom she chooses to spend time with out of a myriad of options, her desire to experience pleasurable emotions and the relationship of the people in question with these desires are paramount in making the decision.
