So I would imagine there could possibly be a few of them around. And as another poster pointed out some Southerners migrated North to look for work after the Civil War. And there's a lot of people here in the Central part of Ohio whose family roots are from the border states of Kentucky and West Virginia. My wife's side of the family, the Hatfields, fought for the South. My family's ancestry is from Kentucky. One of my great grandfathers served in the Union Army under General Sherman. I would imagine that the central and southern areas of Ohio, especially, has some Southern roots. I have family throughout the South in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee, as well as in Kentucky. To many Southerners Confederate monuments are cultural icons to their roots and ancestry.

When the Cavs won the championship, that was just awesome. I've been following them since the rebuilding days. That was one of the cool things about being from Ohio.
Football isn't really my sport but I'd rather watch it than baseball.
With how bad the Browns have been, basically since I was a teenager and the Art Modell days, it says something about how die hard the fans are that they can make a go of it.
Basketball is just so fast. At any moment in a game there could be anywhere from 2-4 things going on that are worth paying attention to. The score could go from 82-74 to 86-89 in just a few minutes.
