See, what I'm saying is that maybe "God" wouldn't lie to you, but I'm not talking to "God", am I? I'm talking to you. I'm not saying that you are lying, merely that you're expecting me to comment on a third-hand account of an alleged event based purely on your word.
The same goes for me with evolution, men dig up fossils and make up stories about something they declare millions of years old and expect me to accept it without question. They were not there and thus have no idea.
