Putin has been implicated as being complicit in an apartment bombing in Russia that killed scores of people while he was prime minister in 1999. He killed his own country's citizens for his own end game. Here is a good article:

Alexander Litvinenko, a journalist who was investigating the bombing and no doubt Putin's other illegal adventures, was killed in London in 2006 after drinking radioactive polonium-210 laced tea. He was served the tea while meeting with 2 former Russian agents and a UK gov't inquiry concluded Mr. Litvinenko's poisoning was likely "state sponsored" and Putin personally signed off on it.

Also, how about his meeting with Angela Merkel in 2007 - she's known to have a major fear of dogs after being bit by one in the past. Guess what Putin brought into his meeting with Mrs. Merkel? That's right - his dog.

Those are just a few examples.

There's no two ways about it - Putin is a cold-blooded killer. Be wary of his propaganda.
