If it turns out this asshole was a conservative then the theory is he was a patsy who was set up by the evil liberal democrat/antifa/BLM supporter/communists. So no, in their minds staged by the Dems is still a real possibility.

You mean they're STILL likely to pull the "Crisis actors" card in this case? You know, you'd think it would be easier for the government to find a mentally ill person and convince them to shoot up a large public area, than it would be to hire actors to panic and pretend that something terrible happened.
