That is why I love this program they have for refugee camps where women make baskets and aid organizations sell them online. It's kind of hard to do any kind of import/export business around there, though.

Instead they perform what we call low capital high labor tasks, such as growing flowers that we turn into pesticide to feed our ag systems (high capital low labor).
