it was .90 a gallon when I started driving in 89 so side point still established.

Also my first job was min wage and it was 2.25 per hour in 90 so no again. you are confusing federal minimum wage with the minimum wage. meaning what agricultural businesses are allowed to pay (also over time exempt no max hours)
Side note.. how desperate are you to proove me wrong at something, but don't touch anything I said about obama, but go to facts that proove nothing of any point I was makeing?
