Well...update for me I guess. Since I quit smoking nearly 4 months ago, sadly I replaced one bad habit with another and managed to gain about 30 pounds. Joined Planet Fitness but jacked up my knee somehow and can't go until my doc checks me out.

I have managed to lose some of what I gained, but it's not enough and I'm not happy right now.
