Well..it got the closest out of any other third party.. it actually came in second place. A modern bull-moose party would be filled to the brim with Progressives. Glenn Beck would have a heart attack with the ample opportunities that party could give him to call it "the new nazi party".
We need progressives in charge.. not these half assed liberals and definitely not the right wingers.
Well, the Whigs did get folk in office, but that was a l-o-o-n-g time ago.
Someone suggested to me that folk like Mrs. Bachman are put up as candidates so anyone else the Republicans throw up during the campaign seem reasonable by comparison, and "moderate."
