I thought the same exact thing. His look, his speech, the tone of his voice, even his demeanor says to me that what he is really saying is, "Being gay is wrong - and I have to keep reinforcing that theme because I SOOOO wish I could be gay."
To be fair, people often think I am homosexual because of the way I speak. However I am not the least bit attracted to the same sex.
I have tons of gay friends and there is nothing gay about the way you speak, anyone who say so is a dick and a bully.
