Just like the Islamic Hadith, the gospels of Luke, Paul, Genesis...etc are mere latin Hadiths; the book can't be trusted totally.
Luke's tales (or whoever wrote them) are not true, and that believe I got from reading the Quran. Mary was a whore only in the sick minds of many humans, and whoever said that about her.
