I wouldn't care unless this person started trying to get the rest of society to go along with their false identity. Like if they expected me to acknowledge them as Filipino, or if they lied about it on applications, or tried to get money or whatever else out of it. That's where I would call it out. Otherwise, if you're just pacing around your house telling yourself you're from the Philippines, I dont care.
