That's evident that you don't have quite an understanding for the feelings and emotions behind all of this.
Treat a transexual man like a man; and you'll hurt her feelings. He is a she; according to what she thinks. Her mind is telling her that; that's why transexual men -for example- put make up, dress like girls. They want to be appreciated for their femininity; that has very sexual aspect behind it.
If the boy's body is not producing the sexual hormones; believe me nobody will change gender; because there would be no gender in the first place.
So many things have sexual aspects behind them.
Hormones and drugs are so produced by the body. It led people to betray their countries; sell their cause; bite the dust so many times through history.
